Fong kong Material

I have since taken back my daughter's boots didn't have the receipt but told them i bought from their shop before winter.I was called and gave my bank account card number in order for them to check if i could have maybe used that one .

Its been almost a month and still no feedback,so they have my boots and the money paid when i bought them.Sad how such a big retailer *****s from a poor woman trying to buy "quality" clothing from a reputable company.
