I am writing to inquire about the status of my order, reference number o***. As I was unavailable on the 2nd of December 2024, I had rescheduled the delivery for today, the 4th of December 2024. However, as of 20:07 on 5th December 2024, I have yet to receive the order.

I am deeply disappointed with this experience, as the purpose of scheduling a delivery is to ensure timely receipt of the package. Please provide an update regarding the status of my order and confirm when I can expect it to be delivered.
