Follow-up of refunds for unauthorized transaction

I reported the case regarding the authorized transaction of R324 that was deducted from my account twice the first one it was for my online shopping and the second one was deducted without my consent and I haven't done any online shopping .During our conversation it was confirmed that they will refund my money .But till today I have not received any refunds .I kindly request you to look on this matter and provide updates about my refund status.
