Flour with Goggas

Dear Woolworths, <br> <br> I would appreciate a response re the flour with black goggas I complained about in your website. More than a week ago I opened snowflake flour purchased from your west street branch and it had black goggas. A lot of them. Expiry date was Jan 2016. I took photos and sent you an email. I have yet to hear from you Woolworths. And I thought you prided yourselves with excellent customer service.
