Florida Glen Woolworths - Worst Service

Purchased good last night at about 6:15pm. When I went to pay I was on my phone and I placed the basket on the counter. Your teller Mamphaga unpacked my basket of goods, placed them on the other side, together with the woolies bag i bought and left it there. I noticed it after I was off the phone. When i asked her, she told me she unpacked my basket, so i can pack my own goodies in the bag. I was gobsmacked!! I asked her if she is refusing to pack my bag, with a rude reply 'yes, you can pack it yourself'. I asked for a refund if this is the attitude woolworhts has towards its clientele. she proceeded to call the supervisor Poutine, Mamphaga still refused to pack my purchases, with one of her colleague doing it. This is the final straw with woolworths. Super Spar is up the road from me, with friendly and courteous staff.
