Fix the aircon at Westwood Mall

Good day

I wish to express my disappointment that the air conditioner has not been working at the Westwood Woolworths since October 2019. It is unbearable for me as a customer who is only there for 15 to 30 minutes tops. I can only imagine how difficult it must be for the staff who work there who have been merely provided with a fan in the 30 plus degrees in Durban. I do believe that woolworths should consider the well being of their staff and not only aim to please customers who are not really happy right now at Westwood Mall.
