Fix My Records with TransUnion

I paid my account on 1st of this month by EFT, Every month I pay like this, with the same Reference number, And your collection department called saying i didn't pay.... I sent proof of payment. And your consultants confirmed they received it and the mistake was rectified.

I would like like you to rectify the mistake with TransUnion, because i m trying to build a good credit score, this is the second time, 2020 WFS did the same same thing i lodged a disputes nothing was rectified. I NEED WOOLWORTHS TO FIX IT

I m totally unhappy, as a loyal and paying customer to be treated like this.
