Fish finger in my chips

On the 28th of January, I bought a 1kg packet of fro3steakhouse fries. Guess what I found. A fish finger inside my chips. I inboxed Woolworths on Facebook, and they advised me to send the pictures of the chips, the batch code as well as the receipt of the store I bought from. It's almost 2 weeks and no one has ever contacted me. When I call the call center, I'm told that they are still investigating.
