First experience online shopping at woolies

I recently decided to purchase my groceries online which was a simple process. First time delivery was free too! Unfortunately only credit card payments are accepted; other payments should be added in the near future. There isn't a click and collect option like many other retail stores. However, I do like that you're able to pick a day and appropriate time slot for delivery. I ordered ice cream - not the greatest idea as it was completely melted and leaking! Frozen products should atleast be placed in a cooler box of some sort. Also, my driver was running late by an hour which also adds to the issue. Will think twice before ordering online.
