Financial Services - no one can assist

After trying for two days and been given numerous tel no's, and being pushed from pillar to post and holding for 15 minutes every time (whilst been told your call is important to us!), I am STILL not been assisted. All I am wanting is to be able to view my statement on line on my computer. This seems to be an impossible task. No one is able to assist. No supervisors available. No management available. Feeling HIGHLY frustrated and irritated!
