Financial services

The service i have been receiving from Woolworths financial services has been very pathetic and unprofessional experience. I have been requesting for payment settlement for my Woolworths store account since last week 17 August and i have been sent back and forth. Nobody has been willing to assist me , everyone i have interacted with does seem to know what they doing. I am really ****ed of with how they have been handling my issue, i am also very much disappointed
