Financial services - a nightmare to deal with

I have two accounts with Woolworths and have requested a statement of account for both ,as they are saying I am in arrears despite having proof that I have paid every month. I was advised by Nobuhle Poswa that Woolworths cannot provide me with this. It has been the most frustrating experience dealing with Woolworths financial services.
