Financial department

I have a loan with woolworths and i went to the store at Cape GAte were they connected me with Financial Department, i wanted to know how much i still owe them on my loan and they couldnt help me saying that my account is blocked on their side and i then called MBD and they also told me they cant see i must contact Woolworths today i receive a call from MBD telling me that my account is in arrears HAYIBO! when i asked the lady that i dont get statements nothing from both Woolworths and MBD all of a sudden she asks for my email address whawww so interesting at this moment i am very ****ed off by both MBD and Woolworths
