Finance calculations challenge

Can someone clearly make me understand what's actually happening with my account bein in areas after payment made about a week ago or so. With a payment of R1300 (R1090 initial asked debit) but currently my account is in areas. Im lost. Was my problem being that i payed an extra amount!? 🤷
