Fica procedure

I need to FICA my woolies credit card, after having to re do my affidavit because no one explained the correct procedure to me, I returned to the store, only to be told that they wont accept an Absa statement as proof of residence and that my utilty bill from Egoli gas also is not acceptable as it states "invoice" and not statement. I am so frustrated and want to cancel my card!
