Fermented Juice

This is ridiculous. My Christmas ruined. We purchased fruit juice from you on Monday the 21st. We just tried to serve it today and it's off.<br> <br> Your call centre is closed and I now need to rush my husband to casualty.<br> <br> This juice is fermented. The sell by date is 26 December and the use by date is 29 December.<br> <br> How do you explain this poor quality?<br>
