Feel like i wasted my money! Thought it was quality!

I recently purchased woolies sugar cones and more than half the pack was broken! I mean i spend more money to get better quality and yet i was disappointed. This is unacceptable because a box of sugar cones is over R72 i mean almost R100 for cones which you would expect to be atleast intact.
