FAULTY PRODUCT FOLLOWED BY POOR SERVICE

I purchased a bottle of Ck Sheer Beauty EDT 100ml for R1315 from WW Blue Route along with a second purchase of DKNY Woman 50ml for R770 (promotional discount) in September 2014. After opening the SHEER BEAUTY bottle this year, IT SEEMED each time I removed the cap the top sprayer went FLYING with. A few months later each time I sprayed the the EDT , it leaked out , at which rate WASTAGE occurred regularly. I visited Blue Route WW where I purchased the EDT and was told by the Cosmetic assistant that they would get in touch with the CK rep and then in turn get in touch with me. I am very unhappy at the wastage of the EDT and as such have stopped using the EDT. A Day later I was called by the Assistant ONLY to be told she cannot get hold of the CK rep and that she would replace my bottle with a bottle they had on the shelf (WHICH WAS LESS THAN HALF FULL) I find this offer a poor show of service levels and would never expect this service from WW to say the least. Can someone with authority please get i n touch with the CK rep and have my bottle switched out for a product that cost me R1315. I am a regular shopper/client of WOOLWORTHS and this is NOT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE I EXPECT
