Faulty product

Hi I'm writing this as a concerned shopper, I bought the Wollies special juices(the ones that come in 4). Bought them on 22 April. Yesterday I was having the g**** one and something come out and if there was load shedding or any slight of me not to see i would have drank that thing. Took a picture I will attach it. please do quality assurance before products are on the shelf.
