Fantastic Customer Service

I have recently put in a claim for the first time on my Insurance. I submitted the claim online and was called by a gentleman by the name, 'TASLEEM BESTER'. From the time I picked up the phone the first time, the manner in which he dealt with me and my claim was absolutely fantastic. He has such a professional approach to his job, explained everything in extensive detail so that I always knew what was happening and what the next steps were as well.
