False promotions.

Hello Woolworths. In November 2022, I was sent one of your promotions to spend R1 500 at Woolworths and receive R300 back. I went ahead and spent that amount twice. Both times, the store and their staff had no idea about the promotion which I showed them on my phone and assured me that I would receive my R300 X 2 back probably in my account. To date, one year later, I have received nothing and you continue to send me those promotions which I will not fall for again as you do not keep to them.

I have made numerous futile phone calls and sent many, many emails over the past year and no one, I repeat, no one in your organisation knows who knows about this and who can resolve it. Each email response says it is not their department and sends it to another department and that department also has no idea and sends it back to the previous department. The fact that you continue to send me these pathetic promotions which are just a ploy to get me to spend the money without giving me my payback means that someone, somewhere in your organisation is sending these out and must know about them. Yet every person I have spoken to insists that they do not know and that it is not their department. I would like my promised money refunded to me immediately seeing as I took up your promotion not once, but twice.

Can somebody please respond.
