False promises

Promises... promises.. Woolworths' website promises collection points for batteries at stores, but my nearest store does not have one. When I ask Woolworths why this is and where the nearest collection is I just get another promise - An agent will be in touch with you shortly to provide assistance - I'm still waiting. When I send a message through Twitter I get no response at all. I'm guessing that all other promises about recycling and caring about the environment are just as empty. Woolworths is a dishonest trader and should be sanctioned.
