False information received by Blake Attorneys

Dear Woolworths I was told by Blake that once I pay the minimum amount on Novembers statement which was approximately R7600 my account will be handed back to the store and listing removed and I will then pay my normal monthly installment. I then paid R7700 on the 24th November. this was false information as the listing has still not been removed and account is still with the attorneys. Blake now tells me that the account will not be handed back to the store . Also i received the December statement and there is no amount due please can you look into it.
