False delivery and no refund provided

Hi Team,

I am not pleased with how my issue is being treated but this company and how promises are being made from the first agent I spoke to to the agents responding to my email.

I pleased an order on the 25th for a next day delivery and my order was not delivered I waited at work even after my shift ended as I needed the order but nothing came.

I decided to use my airtime to call in and find out what is happening only to find out that my order is delayed with no communication sent advising.

For such a big company how come no notifications is being sent to customer as we do next day delivery on purpose to.

I have been emailing to find out as I was suppose to get refund via SMS but nothing is given back since the day I called and on emails I am being informed that it will be processed.

I need my money back now and I will ensure to email the higher operation as soon as possible.
