False advertising opparating hours.

Yesterday the 27th of October 2019 at 18:54 CAT, I was at the Woolworths Gateway, and I was refused entry by the security guard who was posted at the ground floor, because as per him the store was closed, I showed him the time on the my phone that its not yet 19:00 hours and on the shop window there are times that the store operates on and he rudely rep**** that it is management that says they must close the store before 19:00 and he closed that door. My question why does Woolworths does false advertising about their operational hours, and their security staff why don't they teach them about customer service, even if they were closed he could have told politely that they are closed, I only thing I wanted was the combo veggies and Woolworths is the only place I by my veggies but yesterday I was really disappointed shame on you guys really did expect more from you.
