False advertising for your credit card for seamless joining

Your credit card is THE MOST disappointing. NO ONE told me I had to go into ABSA to activate our cards and no one in WFS is able to assist when the instructions on my card say go to app and activate card. This process has taken 2 weeks and I have paid all the fees to activate and I am still not able to use my card.
