False advertising

False advertising of the 1.5litre milk. Placed order yesterday morning 2 different shops and today supposed to collect they cancelled them while I have arrived for collection saying they didn’t receive stock. I wasted my money, time, data and petrol then just going to refund me my order money. What about my petrol?
