False Advertising and Poor Service to your loyal customers

Dear Woolworths, how can you advertise 1.5 litre milk and take our money, then call us to say you are out of stock. It is not your customers problem if you are out of stock. Make a plan and get the stock that you have advertised. Is this the kind of service that you give your customers. Such pathetic and poor service.
