False advertising and no customer service whatsoever!

I ordered several items online and one of the items I bought (a moisturiser) was advertised with a free gift, which was a cleanser. I received everything in my order except the free gift. I immediately sent an email to ***, which is the email address to be used as per the dispatch note on the 3/11/2023. I sent a follow up email on the 7/11/2023 and also cc'd their customer service email (***). To date, I have not received any reply. This is false advertising and shocking service, that they don't even bother to reply when you query missing items from your order.
