False advertising and inconsistency

<p>I am really disappointed with the terrible service I received in Woolworths Phalaborwa, I bought a dress that was on sale and it was sold to me not on sale price but in normal price . The lady said the purple dress isn't on sale but the black one is,knowing that they don't have a black dress in store. <br />Because I wanted the dress I took ,contacted customer care and they confirmed that truely the dress was on sale, I was advised to go back to the store the following day so that they can resolve this.<br />I went back and spent almost 1hr15min without any resolution,meaning I wasted my time and drive 30km to town for nothing. Dress was bought on 21 feb, I called customer care on the 22 and the 23rd February and today it's the 14th of March and still no response- unacceptable!!!!!</p>
