false advertising affecting me

I bouth a wallet for my women at Woolworths Sandton on the 30th of july (last friday) the price was R599 and I bought it cash I lost the slip unfortunately but I needed a gift card from Woolworths so I can give her and she can buy what she wants because she hated the wallet,I went to Woolworths Killerny on the 3rd of August a lady by the name of Boitumelo was assisting me said the wallet is now R250 rands but the sale starts on the 4th of august so they can only refund me R250 instead of R599.I asked for the manager Selaelo Tshoki and he told me the same thing.so woolworths does not comply to CPA according to what they said because they advertised that the sale starts on the 4th of august but it came to effect on the 3rd of august so that is false advertising it is against CPA ,maybe they were discriminating because I'm black .The manager even wanted me to leave the wallet so he can contact Sandton and come back to me in two weeks,that was just a crazy idea my girl's birthday was on the 2nd august now I must give her her gift two weeks later.I need some assistance here I work near killerny ,sandton is a bit far from me.I want that gift card with R599 not R250 ,please don't even bo
