False advertising

I went to woolies @springs mall 22nd June to buy the EAT IN MEAL. The items needed were rack of ribs, stuffed gem squash and blueberry cheesecake. Not all items advertised were in stock and later I established with the staff that the cheesecake was not available in all far Ekurhuleni stores. Which was false advertising. They explained the special is for food stand alone stores and stores located in the BIG malls. Food Dept manager Luvuyo if I recall correctly personally promised to place the order for me on Monday and call me back to collect in the next week. He indeed called me to say that the order was placed but it will come in different days from their supplier and the latest I can called is on Friday. I waited the whole weekend and 2 business days and I haven’t received any call for collection or decline to my request. I called the store today and told the manager will call back. FALSE ADVERTISING MULTIPLE EMPTY PROMISES MULTIPLE EXCUSES!!!
