12 Mar 2026, 12:46I’m a very unhappy client , I purchased a kenwood iron from your store, was promised a 2year warranty on the item.
After a year and half the iron no longer works, went back to the store and no one was able to assist me with the claim.
Was given a lot of stories by 2 different mangers . Told the item is discontinued and there is nothing they can do, so he other manager says they can’t see how long the warranty is for, why promote or offer false information to consumers?
This is the second time this is happening, I would recommend buying appliances from Woolworths.
I’m very furious and unsatisfied with their customer service. When you google the product on kennwood it confirms 2year warranty, how ironic.
