False advertising

On Facebook woolworths is advertising take a short survey and receive a free R2000 shopping voucher. I took the survey, but have not received my voucher which they said will be sent to my email. The page instead leads you to more surveys and more surveys then directs you to many other things. Why say receive a voucher for R2000 when you don't.
