False Advertising

<p>I would like to start off by expressing my sheer disappointment.</p> <p>I app**** for a Woolies store card and received it in the post about a week ago. I was assured the card was active and ready to use.</p> <p>I tried to place a large order online last week only to get the error message that "this card is not authorised to make payment".</p> <p>Upon phoning the WW online help line, I was told that my card will not work for online purchases until I have used it in store <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>SIX TIMES</strong></span>.</p> <p>This is utterly unacceptable!</p> <p>Part of the benefits of a store card advertised by Woolowrths is that I can shop online 24 hours a day. This has proven to be a lie and I am not happy.</p> <p>I intend to cancel my account should this not be resolved to my satisfaction.</p>
