False Advertising!

<p>I walked into the Linksfield Terrace store yesterday. Not the 1st time but it store REEKS so badly I almost turned around. I mentioned it before to the staff that it is not pleasant at all to shop there! I had no choice but to carry on since I needed to buy rolls for my boys lunch the next day. As I continued I saw a special for Wraps (8-Assorted Variants) for R39.95. I then took a Basil Pesto pack as I love that specific one, I continued to then add all the extras to make the wraps including avocados, lettuce, sauce, ham. chips, rolls, etc. When I got to the till the wraps scanned R49.95. The till operator told me that its probably not this variant. </p> <p> </p> <p>They then called another lady who said the same thing but I insisted on speaking to the manager Azwi. He came and wanted to take me back to the shelf as the other lady wanted to to show me what the label said.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told them that "Assorted Variants" are just that! If you decide you want to exclude any of them it should be duly noted as per the CPA! </p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say Azwi didnt bother to want to do anything, he allowed me to leave everything and just take the rolls I went for initially!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is Pathetic service! When you are wrong you should admit it and fix it and sort the politics out in the background! All Azwi kept saying is that it comes like that from Head Office! He should not be a manager! Cannot make a decision and take the responsibility for it! I will definately not be visiting that store ever again! </p>
