False advertising

Im beyond disgusted with the online purchases,I placed my toiletries order online on Monday then today im geting an email to say the orders I placed are out of stock.Firstly when checking out my cart gets updated to remove all staff that are out of stock then I proceed to payment,after all this only to get the email an hour b4 the receiving time slot!This is totally unacceptable,I mean for a big company like Woolworths to be soo ***********,im greatly inconvenienced because had I not been able to get the things I needed (during the online purchase) I would havewoken early to my nearest shop ,now its a day after and im quite certain im not to find anything in shops.You should jus make rainchecks as other shops,something must be done not to only end it with an email..im greatly disappointed and frustrated bu this.......
