false account opening

I received a call from a sales consultant from Woolworths offering a store account .every thing was done on the phone I was offered r8000 credit to buy.I was told I will receive a card within 5 days.on the 22 may 2015 I received a sms from Woolworths to set up a debit order.then on the 15 June 2015 I called the customer call center on *** to inquire about my store card I was told I don't have an account with them on their system it shows that a student account was opened and closed no active account under my I'd number why hire people to sell account and you don't deliver .false sale account opening.
