Not informed of how 2K vouchers work when opening and account.

Was then informed by wollies staff i Fourways mall that vouchers will be loaded on the app.

Went to ****arney mall wollies staff had a terriable attiude had to call customer care myself log a complaint to then only get clarity that vouchers work weekly

To date still no response from wollies
