Factory faulty

I am a very disappointed customer, i bought school shoes last year july n they have completely opened on the side make it difficult to wear i have trusted u guys with school shoes since both my kids started school which is just over 8 years but this quality is not upto standard.

Below i have attached pictures of the bad quality usually the shoes last about to 2years before my kids out grow them i usually donate them because of the good quality im used to getting but this time im extremely disappointed and i look forward to hearing from u

Been sending emails and no ome from customer service is getting back to me my child had to miss school today cause it was raining and couldn't wear those shoes in the rain
