FACTORY FAULTED SHOES ON THE SHELVES

I bought shoes at Lenesia Mall Woolworths, so dissapointed that the shoes they sold to me have factory fault, whilst I intended to buy the same shoes the Mall of the south woolworths i informed them that that these type of shoes are having factory fault, I was told they will inform other woolworths to check them and remove them from the shelves, Suprisingly because I loved these shoes for my son I bought them without checking them from Lenesia Mall, hoping the one on the shelves are fine little did I know that these ones are worse.
