Extremely unreliable, don't use their online services if you expect to get the items you order on time or if you expect to get them at all.

I ordered flowers from Woolworths online on Friday the 24th of May 2019 and they were to be delivered to me on the 25th of May 2019 to give to my wife for our anniversary. I am still to receive my order. I received an email on the day my order was to be received informing me of a 2 hour delay however there was no delivery at all. On the 26th they send the same automated email and I still have not received anything. I was not even worth a phone call. Extremely unreliable, don't use their online services if you expect to get the items you ordered on time or if you expect to get them at all.
