Extremely Unproffessionial Experience

I was an employee at Woolworths East Rand Retail Park for over a year and I resigned in October 2019 . I was given forms to fill out for the HR department to submit to Head Office which I did. I was supposed to receive my pay out in December 2019 I still have not received it till date . I decided to call the HR Department at the store I was previously employed at I was then informed that they said that all the documents have been submitted to the Head Office and I should call them instead . January 2020 I still haven't received my pay out now I decided to call Head Office and I was told that the documents I filled out were incorrect and I need to fill out the forms again and wait another 3-4 weeks for me to receive MY pay out ! It is unprofessional of them not to inform me that my documentation was incorrect as of when they realized that its incorrect . I am not impressed at all by the poor service I've received as I always made sure I thrived in all tasks given and I loved working for the company.
