extremely unhappy

i cancelled this order (o*** ) previously coz of the courier company you are using that refused to deliver as per my request. I had never struggled having my deliveries dropped off at southgate when you were using DSV i had peace of mind.

today i have order o***,o***,o*** that are supposed to be delivered to me and the same thing happened, as we speak the driver told me he wont deliver as i request he wil return and i will get a call to have my parcels re delivered. i want my parcels delivered to me no later than tomorrow 16/05/20 at 5507 lekoala street phase 4 lehae lenasi. i want no excuse
