extremely poor service

woolworths denlyn mamelodi,,,useless staff,i don't care attitude, we bought on line and the return policy states that we can return to the store , is that a ****a shop or what ? my sister went to the store to return , the cashier and Mpho were all so clueless, they wanted a tax invoice and she said she doesn't have the hard copy but can mail it to them same time as she is already there , they refused they said the store doesn't allow outside e-mails, WHAT A JOKE , WHAT ON EARTH IS HAPPING AT THAT STORE , HOW ON EARTH YOU SAY "i don't know to a customer "its a disgrace , is that a franchise? i regret going with my sister to that store as they are all useless and will let everyone know how mamelodi Woolworths is . *** call me to rectify this madness
