Extremely poor quality

Good evening,

I would like to file a complaint. I was at your Greenvalley store where I purchased a three pack Creme Caramel. The item was not intact it was watery and gooey, this is not what this item is supposed to look like or taste like. I am extremely disappointed in the quality!
