Extremely Disgusting Service from Woolworths Tygervalley

Good Day, i visited your shop at tygervalley just pass 4pm on 16/4; i always buy my egg whites from you guys, yesterday the price was R99.99; but when i got to the till it was R101.33; i asked for the manager on duty and he stated that they have time to add the 1% of the vat increase as they like. now to me this is unacceptable. woolworths of all stores are the first that is introducing this structure; i have not had this unacceptable attitude and just plain rudeness by any staff(well i've actually complained before) at woolworths of all places. if pnp and checkers can get their prices right, shouldn't you too? i mean really; to state a price at the fridge, and by the time you get to the till, it has suddenly increased. i find it extremely disturbing that your system picks up the correct price and not the physical prices on items? i'm am extremely disgusted, by the way i was treated by Connie your manager and staff walking around laughing at me thinking it was quite a joke. well you know what, it wasn't; i'm ****ed off. after this i'll be going to facebook. hope to hear from you.
