Extremely disappointing experience

Went to ask Woolworths cresta to keep staff for us..that we were to fetch later on next day...when we called the land line. .there's hardly any response....am on my final trimester and l needed notvto wait at store for long..just wanted to pick up and collect and pay.. To my suprise ..the clothes weren't there. Poor Poor service
