Extra mile & effort with a smile

A service should be shared, great or otherwise. I walked into Woolies store in Greenstone Hill as it was about to close for the day, 28/04/2016. Had to buy a parting gift for a colleague who is moving to greener pastures. The staff, right from the door to Sis Palesa that was so hands on in helping me find a perfect gift for my colleague. I felt that I was not being fair since she was limping, but she insisted that "we' find a perfect gift. How great she, woolworths and I are one. The gift was wrapped by her and Johnaaline. Thank you
