Extra charges on account

<p>Hi. When I received my electronic statement last month, i noticed a charge for "Opening Balance" and "Card protection fee." I emailed ********** on two occasions in the last 3 weeks but I have not received a response. A consultant called me last week to offer me a credit card, to which i declined and i asked her to query the amounts on the statement, which she couldnt. I then asked her to get someone to call please regarding these charges. I have still not received any correspondence to date. I have since done an eft to pay the oustanding balances. I received another statement this morning with an <strong>increased</strong> "Opening balance" <br />(more than last month) and "card protection fee.'' I would like to cancel the card protection fee and query the openeing balance. Can someone please URGENTLY contact me. Thanks,Lorrel Singh</p>
